About Us

We are committed to creating a space where clients from any background can have a fitness program tailored to their individual and unique needs. We bring personal training to you where it’s convenient and comfortable, be it in your home or in a public park. We want you to meet your fitness goals no matter your age, gender, weight, socioeconomic status, ability level, or any other factor. This is a safe space for all people. We believe that black lives matter, support LGBTQ+ rights, believe in equal rights and women’s rights, are body positive, and know that a disability can be a superpower. “Fitness for all” is our mission - it’s not just a marketing slogan - and we are passionate about, and dedicated to that mission.

Our Mission

“Fitness for all” means fitness for you. Yep, you. No matter who you are, what your ability level is, or what your objective is. We want to see you capable and confident. We know that having self-confidence is like having a personal bodyguard that can whip out their nunchucks and fight off any negative vibes the world hurls at you. YallFit is determined to help you develop the proverbial Kevin Costner to your inner Whitney Houston. Meet our trainers

YallFit Trainers are all certified fromACSM (The American College of Sports Medicine) in risk assessment and body science, also CPR and AED certifications  from American heart association or Red Cross, and some of our trainers hold a kinesiology degree.
